More than 40,000 veterans live in Bernalillo county alone, as of 2022. The average college student age range is about 18 to 34 years old and there are just over 10,000 of such veterans in this state. At the Veterans Resource Center, in the Fall 2024 Semester, we served over 600 veterans and dependents. While we are proud and happy to serve so many, there are many more in the county and state that we would love to see walk through our doors.
